We provide free shipping to all our Customers Worldwide as we believe in keeping costs to a minimun while focussing on selling quality products to you that you will enjoy for many years. We make use of the fastest delivery option available to us based on your location and based on our closest stock holding to you as follows:
SHIPPING TIMINGS TO CUSTOMERS IN SOUTH AFRICA
On receipt of your order, the following timings apply:
Order Processing and picking: 24 hrs We will process your order Monday to Friday and will take 1 to 2 business days to conclude processing picking and packing.
Shipment aprox 1 to 5 working days Your Order will then ship immediately after picking and preparation and will take aprox 1 to 5 working days to reach you. This lead time will depend on where you reside in the Country. For Customers residing in Cape Town we will endeavour to deliver same day or next day to you.
We will keep you informed via Whatsapp and or email every step of the way until you receive your parcel. You can also track your order on our shop once we have given you a tracking number linked to your parcel.
SHIPPING TIMINGS TO CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF SOUTH AFRICA
On receipt of your order, the following timings apply:
Order Processing: 24/48 hrs We will process your order Monday to Friday and will take 1 to 2 business days to conclude
Picking 24/72 hrs After the order is processed, the product will be picked from our Supplier and prepared for shipping which will take rpox 1 to 3 days to concludeand are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement,
Shipment aprox 7 to 15 days Your Order will then ship immediately after picking and preparation and will take aprox 7 to 15 days to reach you depending on where you are in the World.
We will keep you informed via Whatsapp and or email every step of the way until you receive your parcel. You can also track your order on our shop once we have given you a tracking number linked to your parcel.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE SOUTH AFRICA PLEASE NOTE: CROSS BORDER HIDDEN CHARGE IN SOME COUNTRIES:
Please note that although we cover the full cost of delivery to your door no matter where you are in the world, some countries may require an additional payment at the border. As we have no way of determining if this charge will be applied by you Governemnt or not, any additional charges required will be for your account. In the past we have discovered that from time to time this may be the case and it is normally a nominal amount.
